About the Project

Our goals:

1. Identify who is doing Little River stewardship
2. Map where stewardship is happening
3. Understand the factors that affect where Little River Stewardship occurs and why it happens

As one of Miami-Dade's original rivers, the Little River holds an important place in the culture, history, and ecology of our county. Many different groups and individuals work hard to protect/steward the river and the organisms that rely on it. We want to highlight the efforts of these Little River stewards and make it easier to see what everyone is up to and where.
